She is so happy. She had cried some, but not much. When she has cried we have meet her need and she stops. She lets us know when she is done with tummy time, or ready to stop laying on her back. The only real cry we had was at bathtime. We took a very quick bath.
The picture where it looks like she had pants up to her arm pits is to show you how big the 9 mo Carter pants are.
Today we head back to the civil affairs office to make our adoption official!
